Friends University invites applications for the position of Co-Chair of the Division of Marriage and Family Therapy and Program Director for the Wichita Master of Science in Family Therapy program. This is a 12-month tenure-track faculty position with an appointment at the rank of associate professor or professor. The successful candidate will have previous teaching experience, ideally in a COAMFTE accredited program, will be licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Kansas as a Marriage and Family Therapist, will hold a Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field, and will be an AAMFT approved supervisor or supervisor candidate.
Professor of Counseling – Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MA in CMHC)
Western Theological Seminary (WTS) is an evangelical and ecumenical community of faith and learning in the Reformed tradition that serves the church of Jesus Christ.
The WTS MA in CMHC program equips women and men to be wise, competent, humble, and hopeful practitioners, who are attuned to their own selves and stories. Our relationally-oriented and trauma-informed program offers the most contemporary, research-based training while, at the same time, remaining deeply rooted in a Christian soul care tradition which has informed compassionate care for centuries.
The Professor of Counseling will teach a full course load, advise and mentor students, be actively engaged in scholarly research, writing, and presenting, assist with the admissions process, and participate in ongoing assessment of the curriculum and student learning. All faculty positions report to the Dean and Vice President of Academic Affairs (VPAA), with duties assigned by the VPAA. Faculty are expected to contribute constructively to the seminary’s Reformed theological identity and to its mission “to form women and men for faithful Christian ministry and participation in the Triune God’s ongoing redemptive work in the world,” and to fully support its Faculty Statement on Forming Women for Ministry.

Ouachita Baptist University
The Sutton School of Social Sciences at Ouachita Baptist University invites applications for a tenure-track counseling position in the master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. The successful candidate will serve as core faculty in preparation for the CACREP accreditation process
Residential candidates preferred; remote/hybrid candidates will be considered. Remote/hybrid faculty will need to be on campus four times per year for campus intensives. Salary and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will exhibit excellence in teaching; scholarly activity in the field; a collegial commitment to university, departmental, and community service; and a Christian commitment and a Christian commitment consistent with the university’s vision, mission, values, and statement of faith.
