Continuing Education

The complete conference program with descriptions and learning objectives for each presentation will be available on this site by Feb.15, 2014.

Participants at the CAPS 2014 International Conference may receive up to 20 hours of continuing education (CE) credits if they attend the entire conference, plenaries, breakout sessions and pre- and post-conference workshops. This conference is co-sponsored by PsychoEducational Resources, Inc. (PER) and The Christian Association for Psychological Studies, Inc. (CAPS).

PER is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for Psychologists. PER maintains responsibility for the program and its content. PER is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP) and a co-sponsor of this program. PER may award NBCC approved clock hours for programs that meet NBCC requirements (Approval # 5536).

Please check with your state counseling board to see if they accept the NBCC providership. Continuing Education (CE) credits will also be available for social workers, marriage and family therapists and addiction counselors. Intended Audience

This conference and its programming is intended for any mental health professional, academic professionals in social and behavioral science disciplines, and undergraduate and graduate students pursuing mental health and/or behavioral science degrees.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee if your written cancellation notice to CAPS, PO Box 365, Batavia, IL 60510 is postmarked..or you call Mary Gilbert at the CAPS home office (630) 639-9478 by March 1, 2014.
